Having made delicious cakes for years, I decided to try and make their apppearance match their taste - cakes that are beautiful and delicious. I work with buttercream, royal icing, marzipan, fondant, and gum paste. My best creations are in fondant and gum paste.

All cakes are made from scratch, including the buttercream, royal icing, fondant, and gum paste.
